A Game Master with the D&D Adventurers League runs a 5E campaign at SoonerCon 25.

Game Master Benefits Package

• Game Masters who run at least eight hours of games at SoonerCon receive a free weekend membership. This time is usually split between two different 4-hour blocks.
• Game Masters who run at least four hours of games at SoonerCon receive a free one day membership for the day they are scheduled to work. This is usually in the form of one 4-hour block.

All Game Masters are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their shift to check-in and be prepared to run their game(s) at the published game start time. If running late for your scheduled game time, please contact one of the gaming co-chairs and notify them so we can update the game room schedule for convention attendees. If you wish to change the game you signed up to run, you MUST notify one of the gaming chairs for approval.

The number of tables is limited and applications are subject to approval by gaming co-chairs. We will generally get back with you within a week of receiving your application.
