Art Show Application

How to Apply for Space:

  1. Fill in all requested information on the application form below. NOTICE: Completing the application form does not guarantee a reservation of space in the Art Show.
  2. Check your email regularly. Every couple of weeks the Art Show team will send an email (via the email address you provide on the application form) to all approved applicants. If your application is accepted, you will receive an approval email outlining the rest of the reservation process and containing a link to pay for the space. If you do not complete the steps outlined in the approval email within the allotted time (14 days), your spot can not be guaranteed and will become available for other artists to reserve.

There is no cost for applying, but, payment in full, must be made within two weeks after receiving an acceptance email, or once again, the space cannot be guaranteed, and will become available for other artist to purchase.

All artists are expected to provide information (previously called control sheets) for all artwork that they plan to bring to SoonerCon at least 10 days before the convention. The Art Show staff reserves the right to charge an additional $25.00 at the show to any artist who fails to provide artwork information before the deadline. Additionally, SoonerCon collects a 15% commission on all sold artwork.

Approvals will be prioritized using the following criteria:

  • Order of Submission
  • Returning artists in good standing
  • Programming Guests
  • Art Show Variety
